This group will assist students in understanding and practicing body acceptance, mindful exercise, and intuitive eating to improve their relationship with food and bodies. Students will explore the cultural, environmental, and societal reasons that may lead to body dissatisfac6tion. Students will explore how to combat these false narratives and learn self-compassion to live a more fulfilling life
